  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red onion

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until evenly combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
