  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 0.33 cup Pesto
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 8 pieces Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch-thick rounds, yielding approximately 16 slices.

Step 3

Brush each slice lightly with olive oil on both sides and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.

Step 5

While the bread is toasting, finely mince the garlic. Once the bread is out of the oven, lightly rub one side of each slice with the garlic for added flavor.

Cut the Brie into thin slices that fit the size of the baguette rounds.
