  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 300 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large red onion, sliced into wedges
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, julienned
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white vinegar. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the beef slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
