Ingredients

  • 1 piece Flatbread (naan or similar)
  • 4 oz Sage sausage
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Red pepper jelly
  • 3 leaves Fresh sage leaves
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

Step 2

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sage sausage, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

Place the flatbread on a baking sheet (or directly on the preheated pizza stone for a crispier crust). Lightly brush the top of the flatbread with olive oil.
