  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cumin

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel the garlic cloves and place them on a small sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and wrap tightly into a small packet.
