  • 4 large Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick matchsticks, about 1/4 inch wide.

Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl of cold water and soak for 20 minutes to remove excess starch.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
