Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine peri peri sauce, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the peri peri marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
