  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the marinade. In a food processor, combine the chopped red bell pepper, bird's eye chilies, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, white vinegar, and sugar.

Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth puree. This is your Peri Peri sauce.
