  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 whole lemon slices
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the salmon fillets.

Step 4

In another small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.

Step 5

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring each piece is well-coated.

Step 6

Place a slice of lemon on top of each fillet.

Step 7

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Step 9

Serve the seasoned salmon fillets with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
