Ingredients

  • 900 grams Frozen potato and cheese perogies
  • 8 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 large Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 240 grams Sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz/300 grams) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 240 grams Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 180 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Step 2

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft and translucent.
