Ingredients

  • 200 grams Creamy peanut butter
  • 100 grams Granulated sugar

  • 1 unit Large egg
  • 1.5 teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
  • 190 grams All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to mix until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
