Ingredients

  • 2 pieces large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pieces burger buns
  • 2 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato slices
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese slices

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with salt and black pepper until well combined.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt and coat the pan evenly.
