  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved, for topping)

  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
