Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay the noodles flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup of Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
Spread 1/3 cup of the marinara sauce across the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
