  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter

  • 3 cups crisp rice cereal

  • 0.5 teaspoon peppermint extract

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine semisweet chocolate chips, corn syrup, and unsalted butter over low heat.

Stir constantly until the chocolate chips and butter have melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
