Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them on a clean cutting board.

Step 2

Season both sides of the chicken breasts evenly with salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook undisturbed for 6-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.

Flip the chicken breasts and add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter to the skillet. Cook for an additional 6-7 minutes on the other side, basting occasionally with the butter and oils in the pan.
