Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings.

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing each scoop at least 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound gently with the back of the spoon to form a uniform circle, about 2 inches in diameter.
