  • 1 cup Beef or chicken stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add the butter and olive oil. Allow the butter to melt completely.

Add the minced shallot to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent, stirring frequently.
