Ingredients

  • 400 grams penne pasta
  • 250 grams ricotta cheese
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 120 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 400 grams crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish lightly with olive oil and set aside.

Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
