Ingredients

  • 400 grams penne pasta
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 100 grams sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoons red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
