Ingredients

  • 50 g black olives, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
