Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 stalks Green onion (chopped)
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 0.5 piece Cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 piece Carrot (julienned or shredded)
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Hoisin sauce (for spreading)
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, breadcrumbs, and the egg. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately the size of your burger buns. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
