  • 0.5 cup Green onions (sliced)
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro (chopped, optional)
  • 4 cups Lettuce (shredded)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line a baking dish for the cornbread.

Prepare the cornbread according to package instructions using the mix, milk, and egg. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
