  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cups Pure maple syrup
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 10 Whole pecans (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and softened unsalted butter. Mix with a pastry blender or fork until crumbly and evenly combined.
