Ingredients

  • 226 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 g all-purpose flour

  • 150 g pecans, finely chopped
  • 50 g powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
