  • 2 items large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cups pecans, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons additional cinnamon (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons additional brown sugar (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
