Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Pecans
  • 20 pieces Soft caramels
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecans on a baking sheet in a single layer and toast them in the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until fragrant. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 3

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the soft caramels and heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
