  • 15 grams Granulated sugar (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour and salt until a soft dough forms.

Divide the dough into two equal portions. Flatten each portion into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
