Ingredients

  • 100 grams pancetta
  • 500 grams frozen peas
  • 1 medium shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Dice the pancetta into small cubes. Finely chop the shallot and mince the garlic.
