  • 10 cups day-old bread, cubed

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and celery, and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables have softened.
