Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 120 grams Unsalted butter
  • 150 grams Brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 120 milliliters Milk
  • 150 grams Dates (pitted and chopped)
  • 1 large Ripe pear (peeled, cored, and finely diced)
  • 75 grams Hazelnuts (toasted and roughly chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
