Ingredients

  • 2 medium Pears
  • 2 large Carrots
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the pears and carrots thoroughly.

Peel the carrots and trim the ends. Using a julienne peeler or mandoline slicer, cut the carrots into thin strips and place them in a large mixing bowl.
