Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pears, ripe and grated
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour

  • 2 pieces Eggs, large
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and lightly flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
