Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and bubbling.

Add the diced onion to the pot and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until softened and translucent.

Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
