  • 2 stalks scallions
  • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 2 cups water

Directions

Step 1

Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and soak the vermicelli noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set them aside.

Mince the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.
