Ingredients

  • 3 medium Carrots
  • 2 large Oranges
  • 0.5 cup Roasted peanuts

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel and grate the carrots using a box grater or food processor. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel the oranges and separate into segments. Cut each segment into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the bowl with the carrots.
