  • 1 cup Peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1.25 cups Whole milk
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar (for topping, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
