Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup Chopped roasted peanuts (unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (finely chopped, for garnish - optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Use a fork or hand mixer to blend them together until smooth and well incorporated.

Step 2

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and, if desired, the crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well to distribute the seasonings evenly.

Step 3

Shape the cheese mixture into a ball using your hands or wrap it in plastic wrap and mold it into a ball shape. Once shaped, refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Step 4

While the cheese ball chills, chop the roasted peanuts if needed to ensure even pieces for coating.

Step 5

Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and roll it in the chopped peanuts, pressing gently to ensure the peanuts stick evenly to the surface.

Step 6

Optional: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the coated cheese ball for added color and flavor.

Step 7

Place the peanut cheese ball on a serving plate with crackers, pretzels, or raw veggies on the side. Cut or spread as needed and enjoy!
