  • 60 grams Mini pretzels, crushed
  • 100 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch Flaky sea salt (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
