  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cups Brown sugar, packed
  • 0.5 cups Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cups Mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of the peanut butter until creamy and smooth, using a hand or stand mixer.

Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
