Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 24 Milk chocolate kisses (unwrapped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 24-count mini muffin pan or line it with mini muffin liners.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture and beat until fully incorporated.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined; do not overmix.
