  • 100 grams Granulated sugar
  • 100 grams Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 190 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 120 grams Strawberry or grape jelly

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together using a hand mixer or stand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
