  • 2 cups Cold milk
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 0.5 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.25 cup Mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoons Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant peanut butter pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the hazelnuts, roasted peanuts, dried cranberries, mini dark chocolate chips, and rolled oats.

Step 3

Drizzle honey over the nut and fruit mixture, and sprinkle sea salt on top. Stir until the mix-ins are evenly coated.

Step 4

Add half of the prepared peanut butter pudding to the nut and fruit mixture. Gently fold the pudding into the mix-ins until everything is lightly coated, keeping some clusters intact.

Step 5

Spread the trail mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to allow the pudding coating to set slightly.

Step 6

Once set, transfer the trail mix into an airtight container and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
