Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter evenly onto one side of two slices of bread.
If desired, drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey or jam over the peanut butter and/or add a layer of banana slices on top.
Cover each prepared slice with another piece of bread to form two sandwiches.
