Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Chopped peanuts (optional, for coating)
  • 0 Graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Add in the peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Continue to mix until evenly incorporated and smooth.

Step 3

Fold in 3/4 cup of the mini chocolate chips, reserving the remaining 1/4 cup for later.

Place a large piece of plastic wrap on your counter and spoon the mixture onto it. Gather the edges of the plastic wrap to shape the mixture into a ball. Twist the plastic wrap tightly to secure the shape.
