Ingredients

  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 180 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 200 g peanut butter chips
  • 180 g jelly or jam (any flavor)
  • 40 g rolled oats

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl, and beat until well combined.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 5

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined to form a dough.

Step 6

Stir in the rolled oats for added texture.
