Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 unit Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar (for garnish, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini paper baking cups.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and cream cheese. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the butter and cream cheese mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.

Divide the dough into 24 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and press it evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the mini muffin cups to form a pastry shell.
