Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons Creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Granola
  • 1 large Banana
  • 4 medium Strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons Honey (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.

Step 2

Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter evenly across the surface of the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space at the edges.

Step 3

Peel the banana and slice it into thin, even rounds. Place half of the sliced banana on top of the peanut butter in a line down the center of the tortilla.

Step 4

Rinse and hull the strawberries, then slice them thinly. Add half of the sliced strawberries along with the banana slices in the tortilla.

Step 5

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola evenly on top of the fruit to add crunch.

Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
