  • 120 milliliters Milk
  • 60 grams Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 120 grams Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 100 grams Chocolate chips (semisweet or milk chocolate)
  • 50 grams Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 15 milliliters Milk (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix until well combined.

In a small saucepan, warm the milk and butter over low heat until the butter has melted and the mixture is lukewarm (about 40-45°C).

Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the egg and mix until a sticky dough forms.
