Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 0.75 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
